This Stock Photography Usage Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for

the use of stock images provided by Imagination FX. By downloading or using any stock

photographs and videos you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not

download or use the Content.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Imagination FX grants you a non-exclusive,

non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Content for permitted purposes as

outlined below.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Content for:

• Personal, commercial, and editorial projects, including websites, advertisements, social

media, presentations, and printed materials.

• Digital or print publications such as blogs, news articles, and books.

• Video productions, including YouTube and other media platforms.

• Product packaging, provided the Content is not the primary feature of the product.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the Content as a standalone file.

• Use the Content in any way that is defamatory, illegal, offensive, pornographic, or

misleading.

• Modify or alter the Content in a way that misrepresents the original intent or subjects

individuals in the Content to harm.

• Use the Content in trademark or logo designs.

• Claim ownership of the Content or attempt to register it as intellectual property.

4. Editorial Use Restrictions

Some Content may be marked "Editorial Use Only," meaning it cannot be used for commercial

purposes. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary third-party permissions for such

Content.

5. Copyright and Ownership

All Content remains the intellectual property of Imagination FX] or its licensors. This Agreement

grants usage rights, not ownership of the Content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold [Platform Name] harmless from any claims, liabilities, or

damages resulting from your misuse of the Content.

7. Termination

Imagination FX reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your license at any

time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Content.

8. General Provisions

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.

• Imagination FX] may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Content

constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

By checking the box and proceeding with the download, you acknowledge that you have read,
