Who is it for?
Our Strategy Sessions are designed for leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complex challenges, transitions, or roadblocks. Whether you’re experiencing internal conflicts, organizational shifts, or need innovative solutions, we bring a fresh perspective and expert guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
What is it?
A Strategy Session brings together leading thinkers of your choice—curated from our network of subject matter experts—to help you address a key challenge. You identify your focus, and we brainstorm alongside you, creating practical solutions and clear next steps.
When?
Sessions are 2.5 hours and include preparation to ensure we maximize our time together. They can be booked through our website at your convenience.
Where?
Sessions take place over Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In-person sessions can be arranged upon request, with rates varying based on travel.

Naz Lauriault is the founder and managing director of 50th Parallel PR, a purpose-driven, woman-owned, and B Corp-certified agency built to amplify brands that are reshaping the world. Driven by a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and authentic storytelling, she leads her team in delivering bold, values-aligned campaigns for organizations doing meaningful work. To date, her team has worked with close to 20% of BC's First Nations communities.
In 2024, Naz was recognized with an Inspiring Workplace’s Inspiring Leaders Award, celebrating her commitment to purpose-driven leadership.
As a BIPOC entrepreneur and thought leader, she brings her lived experience into every facet of her leadership. Her philosophy centres around clarity, collaboration, and unapologetic boundary-setting—because values-based work starts with how we lead ourselves.
When she’s not strategizing legacy projects or speaking at industry events, she’s balancing business ownership with motherhood and life in Victoria, BC.
Catherine Pennington is a Registered Professional Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Certified Professional Coach. With 25 years of experience, she has worked in various social services roles and within corporate Canada, leading Indigenous engagement and consultation efforts. As a registered citizen of the Metis Nation, Catherine is passionate about projects that improve the health and social outcomes for Indigenous peoples. Her trauma-informed approach is enhanced by her skills as a facilitator and mediator. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Human and Social Development. She has also completed a one-year professional training program in Dr. Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry approach.
Leah May has been the Executive Administrative Assistant and a Consultant with Imagination FX since 2021; she is also the founder and owner of BeeHive Collective Consulting. She is a passionate advocate for building meaningful relationships with people, businesses, and communities.
With a background in Child and Youth Care specializing in Indigenous Culture, Co-occurring Disorders, and Child Protection, Leah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She excels in curriculum development, virtual facilitation, report writing, and establishing foundational systems, with a focus on optimizing operations and delivering clear, actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.
BeeHive Collective Consulting (HAVE A LINK) offers tailored services inspired by the collaborative efficiency of a beehive! The collective supports organizations in aligning goals, empowering leaders, streamlining operations, and developing strong curricula and programs that foster resilience and long-term success.
